This book was published as part of project the project PSYOP - Capture their minds and their hearts and souls will follow by artists Christoph Büchel & Giovanni Carmine highlighting the US Army’s psychological-warfare operations. 

The book collects over 120 propaganda leaflets that were dropped by the U.S. Army on Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as other similar material with messages such as “Coalition Forces support a brighter future for Iraq!” and “Who needs you more? Your family or the regime? Return to your home and family.” 

Also included is a text based upon "Psychological Operations Field Manual No.33-1" published in August 1979 by Department of the Army Headquarters in Washington DC;
and "Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Media Subcourse PO-0816" by The Army
Institute for Professional Development, published in 1983.
